Lately, I have been feeling more ungrounded than usual. Also some weird anxiety and depression--old friends--have been visiting without tangible reason. Yes, the world is in chaos, I know this, and could definitely be contributing to my angst. Yet, I felt something else was going on.
I had an epiphany: I’ve experienced this before, when there was a huge vibrational shift on the planet, so—there must be another one! I went online and did some research of symptoms experienced during a vibrational shift, and it fits perfectly.
A vibrational shift happens from time to time, now more frequently as the planet is in a quickened state of evolution. The energetic frequencies are heightened, often causing our bodies and emotions to become out-of-balance until we adjust.
Symptoms that may occur during a vibrational shift:
--Sudden extreme sensitivity to people and environments. A person who has previously been active and outgoing, finds themselves avoiding social situations
--An increase in psychic ability and awareness. Including a heightened sensitivity to negative energy.
--This increased sensitivity can lead to panic or anxiety attacks. Often, there is no valid reason, although the person will seek to find a reason.
--Depression for no reason. This is often because the consciousness is clearing out old layers of energy that needs to be released. It is not necessary to process or relive the experience, just allow the body to release the energy. Have patience with the process and know it will pass.
--Zoning out for long periods of time, just wanting to sit and do nothing. Also needing longer periods of sleep and dream time. Again, our consciousness is needing more time to assimilate and process.
--Increased appetite and putting on weight. This is because the body needs great amounts of energy to power the process and feel more grounded.
--Feeling strange energy waves through the body. I can relate to this, often like there’s a high current running through my body.
--Dizziness and spaciness. As we integrate these higher energies, it’s not unusual to feel out of balance and "out of body".
Here's what I've found to be some helpful tools to negotiate: Embrace your sleep and downtime. You're not slacking, but giving yourself room to elevate your consciousness and integrate. Exercise and move your body as much as possible. Movement helps to ground and integrate these new energies. Take time to breathe and connect. Meditation is a powerful force in keeping you grounded and aligned!
