Beginning in childhood, I found that I could perceive other dimensions of reality and often encountered paranormal and psychic phenomena. I vividly remember my first out-of-body experience at the age of eight. Unfortunately, many of these experiences left me feeling ungrounded and disconnected from the “real” world.
At the age of 14 I received a deck of Tarot cards. From the moment I laid eyes on those cards, I was mesmerized! There were kings and queens, devils and angels, and they spoke to me in an unseen language. The Tarot soon became my constant companion, giving me a means to utilize my gifts and abilities in a tangible way. This began my lifelong adventure exploring the realms of mysticism, archetypes and spiritual consciousness.
After graduating from Washington State University with a degree in Communications, I began a career in advertising, climbing the corporate ladder to become a successful account executive at a Seattle advertising agency. I soon realized, however, that corporate life was not for me and decided to change directions, leaving my career and focusing on my growing love of the spiritual arts.
About this time, I discovered that I come from a lineage of Scottish woman on my father’s side who had the gift of “second sight”; what I now know to be clairvoyance. Knowing this helped me to embrace my own abilities and to realize my true calling was to help others understand their lives from a greater, spiritual perspective. I actively begin to immerse myself in the study of the Tarot, astrology and psychic development. Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege to study with many teachers and spiritual mentors.
Today, I am a professional clairvoyant with an international private practice as a spiritual advisor and life coach. I’ve written horoscopes for ABCNews.com, and been a host on Conscious Talk Radio interviewing prominent authors, politicians and spiritualists. My books include: Essence of the Tarot: Modern Reflections on Ancient Wisdom,The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Sextrology, and Compass: Navigating Your Intuitive Gifts for Success and Wellbeing.
