Magical New Moon in Pisces Wednesday!

Happy New Moon in Pisces! Lady Luna is quite happy in the sign of the Fish, illuminating our deeper feelings and emotions, and highlighting the compassionate and imaginative qualities this sign is known for. What’s even more special about Wednesday’s New Moon is that it is joined by Neptune, Pisces’ ruling planet. Neptune’s influence adds an extra dose of watery energy to the mix, encouraging us to swim deeply in it’s soulful waters.

This New Moon is an excellent time go within and commune with what lies beneath the surface of everyday reality. Meditative activities are especially potent now. The Pisces New Moon brings out our creative and artistic qualities as well, inspiring us to play in the realm of fantasy and imagination. Give yourself permission to write poetry, paint, play and listen to music. Whatever feeds your soul!

During this time, we also have the beginning of the Mercury Retrograde (through March 28th) also in Pisces, again calling us to go within and reflect on how we move (or swim!) through the world. The soulful combination of the Mercury Retrograde and New Moon in Pisces, can sooth and even bring healing to our daily tensions and stresses, as it offers a deeper perspective and new clarity. New Moon in Gemini!

Wednesday's New Moon is in dualistic Gemini, and we may never make up our minds! Gemini is the sign of the “Twins” and changes its mind constantly. It is ever curious, and loves exploring new ideas. All the better to see both sides of any equation and adapt to new situations. During this New Moon we feel more flexible, changeable…and talkative! Ruled by Mercury—the communication planet—Gemini thrives on sharing ideas. 

This New Moon is a good time to write, take care of puzzling tasks, make speeches, or just let ideas soar through the clouds. At the same time, you may be feeling restless and ungrounded. This is a time to be patient with yourself, and give yourself room to explore new ideas without having to commit to them--just yet. Make peace with your indecision and give your ideas time to grow and evolve.  

Any New Moon is a time of new beginnings, and this is especially so with restless Gemini. Celebrate the Gemini New Moon by doing a ritual, symbolizing what you want to let go of, to release. New Moon in Aries ~ Time to Transform!

Sunday’s New Moon in Aries is power-packed with cosmic connections, most notably, joining Uranus—the “wake up and smell the coffee” planet, and squaring off with Pluto—the planet of death, rebirth and transformation. Explosive. Big stuff. Take a deep breath…here’s the scoop:

New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Aquarius ~ Break Free from the Past!

Thursday’s New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Aquarius is a cosmic big bang moment, both on a personal and universal level, for this lunar/solar event offers an opportunity to dramatically release the past and embrace a positive new beginning. Solar Eclipses are turbo-charged New Moons, opening new portals to change and evolution, especially in the sign of Big Picture Aquarius.

Aquarius, ruled by the planet Uranus, is the great awakener. It inspires us to break free, to rebel from old limitations, past restrictions and outlived conventions to embrace a bigger and better way of being. One that is more aligned with the greater good, and higher potentials. This is a moment to consider your place in the Universe.
